TOMELL DESILVA CEASAR is the current Head of Group Ethics & Compliance at Careem, a wholly owned subsidiary of Uber, headquartered in Dubai, UAE. Mr. Ceasar, a Chicago native, graduated from Stanford University with a BA in International Relations. Mr. Ceasar has over 13 years of experience in Corporate Compliance, Governance and Risk. He held numerous leadership roles in various multinational corporations with global reach. Mr. Ceasar’s profile was recently featured in the Society for Corporate Compliance and Ethics’ “CEP” Magazine for his expertise on multinational compliance.
