Biography
Dima is the Head of Compliance at Oman Insurance Company and the Deputy Chairman of the Legal Committee of the Emirates Insurance Association. Back in 2010, she started her career at Deloitte & Touche Dubai, where she was involved in risk assessment, internal audit, and compliance projects across various industries such as FMCG, Governmental, Construction, Real Estate, Banking and Financial Services, Insurance and Reinsurance, etc.. She later entered the insurance industry where she built expertise in the compliance area. With a strong knowledge of the local and international regulations and a deep understanding of complex insurance products, Dima brings a solution-oriented approach to every situation. Far from shying away from a challenge, Dima faces them head on. For her, the ever-changing regulatory landscape of the region is an opportunity to learn, adapt and grow.
